Claire has participated in all stages of litigation in a wide variety of complex commercial cases, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and dispositive motions; preparing corporate witnesses for deposition; managing document production and review; retaining and coordinating with expert witnesses; and attending mediations.
